I did it. That makes 4 out of 5 days I succeeded.
It was really hard again, and at the end of it all I just laid on the ground.
I gained 3.4 pounds at my weigh in. I don’t know why, entirely, but I didn’t track at all. I’ve totally failed at that. I need to change my negative self talk. I don’t know why I’ve “chosen not to track.” I have the capability of succeeding at this. Time to reboot!
