I did the week 1 workout today and it was really freaking hard. I sweat, and the sweat dripped into my eyeballs. TMI: I also think I pulled my groin. Gross!

I did eat some diet ice cream for dessert, as well as a 90-calorie brownie. Tomorrow I weigh in. I wore pants to work today that did not fit me one week ago, so that’s a good thing. I will put a green tennis shoe sticker on my wall chart at Weight Watchers, even if I didn’t lose this week, because I deserve a reward for this exercise.

I put a little more effort into the plie portion than usual, and that’s how I hurt myself. It just pisses me off that I have to do this exercising crap. I want to sit and read my book. ONLY.
